A high performance internally threaded sleeve for use with foil adhesive capsules and injection resin in C20/25 to C50/60 concrete. Designed to provide safe solutions in structural anchoring applications.
Available in zinc plate, A2-304 stainless steel and A4-316 stainless steel.
An alternative to the Hilti HIS-N and HIS-RN internally threaded sleeves.
Sizes: M8 - M36 as standard with bespoke diameters and lengths on request.
Installation
- Inject PRO V500 V4 or PRO V200 V4 injection resin into the cleaned drill hole and insert the sleeve slowly with a slight twisting motion until flush with the surface.
- Remove any excess resin and leave anchorage undisturbed until curing time has elapsed.

Bristol MetroBus System
In 2017, work began on the Bristol MetroBus System. A joint project between Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire councils, MetroBus aims to fill in the gaps between rail and existing bus services. Proventure supplied M20 insert sockets and PROV500 resin as an approved alternative to Hilti HIT-RE 500 V3 .
